Our 8th graders were awarded their CK ribbons at mass on Wednesday. The ribbons signify how far they have come, and their bright futures ahead as wonderful representatives of our school.
At the 5pm mass on Saturday, May 14th, Christ the King will celebrate all of our sports teams, and our talented student athletes will receive a special blessing.
Pedal over to the Hoyne Avenue Playlot on Sunday, May 15th for a 3pm mass and bike blessing. Afterwards groups will head out for bike rides - advanced and family-paced options available.
The Mother's Day masses at 9am & 11am will feature a guest reflection by Yvette Condron. And all parts of the 11am mass will be performed by women, with the exception of Fr. Larry. A special blessing and gift will be given to mothers and mother figures.
On April 6th, the students of Christ the King participated in a traditional Guatemalan Lenten Procession from the school to the church with floats they created themselves. Everyone enjoyed this cultural and prayerful event.
