Packet Pick-Up

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16th

5:30-7:00 pm
 

At Packet Pick-Up, room assignments and family envelopes containing 
information pertinent to the school year will be distributed. This is also the 
opportunity for families to sign up for volunteering opportunities and meet the 
new representatives from each of our wonderful organizations. We ask that 
only parents attend. This process only takes about 15 minutes!
The following fees are part of your Tuition Agreement and it is noted when
they are billed:

• Administration Fee: $36/family (yearly fee) - August tuition statement
• Lunch Supervision Fee – 1 child = $75/year; 2 children = $150/year, etc. -
August tuition statement
• Family & School Association Dues - $50/family, which includes a copy of the CK 
Family Directory - October tuition statement
• K-8 students pay a Materials & Technology fee of $500 – spread over the 
first five tuition payments ($100/month)
• Each family pays a $500 Manna obligation in the first tuition payment (families 
with preschoolers only pay $250) – Families will receive a credit each quarter 
reflecting their Manna earnings. Once you reach your $500 obligation, one 
hundred percent of future earnings will go to your family as a tuition credit 
for the following school year.
• Non-parishioner fee of $250 is spread across all payments.
 
 
 
There will be representatives from the following groups available at Packet 
Pick-Up for registration and to answer questions:
 
1) Manna - A representative will be available to answer questions. No gift cards 
will be sold this evening.
 
2) Athletics - A representative from Athletics will be available to answer 
questions about their sports programs and register any new students for Fall 
sports!
 
3) MACCK (Morning and After Care at CK) - Registration occurs through 
school. However, a representative from our Before & After Care program 
will be available to answer questions!
 
4) FSA -FSA leadership will be available to answer questions and guide you 
through the volunteering process!
 
5) BOY SCOUTS - Representatives from Troop 608 will be available to answer 
questions!
 
6) HOT LUNCH - A representative from Country House/Gilhooleys will be 
available to explain how to sign up for hot lunches if you are interested.
 
7) UNIFORM EXCHANGE - Each year, families donate their gently used uniform 
pieces that their children have outgrown. These items will be displayed at 
Packet Pick-Up and are free for the taking! S ee page 10 for more details
